A few observations of Copenhagen

• Cycling and walking is relatively more important mode of transportation in Copenhagen than other cities, e.g. Stockholm. Note : Cycling is also popular in Amsterdam, Holland.


• America TV programs are popular in Copenhagen. One of reasons is most Danes can understand and speak English except some in rural areas.


• Western foods are served in Copenhagen. Have not found any 'strange' local cuisine yet :-)


• Most buildings in Copenhagen will not have more than six floors except some newer buildings, e.g. buildings along Kalvebod Brygge.


• Morning and evening rush is relatively 'mild' in Copenhagen because people work in different time periods, e.g. 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm.
