- Cycling and walking is relatively more important mode of transportation in Copenhagen than other cities, e.g. Stockholm. Note : Cycling is also popular in Amsterdam, Holland.
- America TV programs are popular in Copenhagen. One of reasons is most Danes can understand and speak English except some in rural areas.
- Western foods are served in Copenhagen. Have not found any 'strange' local cuisine yet :-)
- Most buildings in Copenhagen will not have more than six floors except some newer buildings, e.g. buildings along Kalvebod Brygge.
- Morning and evening rush is relatively 'mild' in Copenhagen because people work in different time periods, e.g. 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm.

Cheapest way to fund shopping in foreign country
The tip is to avoid currency note. Banks will add 1-3% on top of interbank exchange rate for handling currency notes. So avoid exchanging for foreign currency notes, traveller cheques and ATM cash withdrawal in foreign country. Instead buy things using Visa card as much as possible.
Tips for adjusting to cooler weather
Next week I will be in Copenhagen, Denmark with highest temperature at 20°C from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with 30°C++ temperature. So how do I make myself comfortable during transition?
1. Wear in layers I will wear a singlet besides a shirt since wearing a vest seems 'strange' to Danes. June is summer in Denmark when the temperature could drop to 15°C when cold wind is blowing.
2. Avoid drastic temperature change. On the way back, arrive in Kuala Lumpur airport at night and avoid outdoor activities as much as possible for a week.
